Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full (100%) refund if you request it before any services have been provided, such as consultations or content delivery. Once your consultation has taken place, a partial refund may be issued in accordance with the terms below.

Post-Consultation Refunds

If you request a refund after your consultation, a $50 consultation fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers the time, insights, and personalized support provided during your session.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available under any of the following circumstances:

  • After delivery of any draft or final service materials (e.g., resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn updates).

  • Failure to respond or provide required information within 7 days of purchase.

  • Client dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or expectations that fall outside the purchased and/or agreed scope of work.

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for the request

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after review.
