How long does it take to receive my completed resume or LinkedIn profile?
Our typical turnaround time is 5–7 business days from your consultation. If you need it faster, rush services may be available upon request.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order:
You'll receive a confirmation email.
We'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule your initial consultation.
After the consultation, we begin crafting your documents.
You'll receive your first draft for review within the agreed timeline.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! We include two rounds of revisions with each resume or LinkedIn package. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving your draft.
Can you help with a career change or industry transition?
Yes, we specialize in career pivots and can tailor your resume, cover letter, and coaching to position you effectively for a new industry.
Are your resumes ATS-optimized?
No, not all of our resumes are ATS-optimized by default. We offer a dedicated “ATS-Optimized Resume Package” designed specifically for compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems used by many employers.
This package includes formatting and keyword strategies that help your resume pass automated screening filters and reach human recruiters.
NOTE: If you're applying online through job boards or large companies, we highly recommend choosing our ATS-Optimized Resume Package for the best results.
What formats will I receive my resume in?
You will receive:
An editable Word (.docx) version
A PDF version for easy submission
Optional: a plain-text version for online job boards
Do you guarantee job placement?
While we do not guarantee job placement, our services are designed to significantly increase your visibility and interview opportunities by presenting you as a top candidate.
Can I request a refund after my consultation?
Yes, you may request a refund after your consultation; however, please note that a $50 consultation fee will be deducted from the total amount. This fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized guidance provided during your session.
Refunds are not available once any deliverables (e.g., resume drafts or LinkedIn content) have been sent. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
